Order Confirmation

We offering Free Shipping in UK.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system.

We will then process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

In the rare case that your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail.

Order Shipment

Your orders will ship within four - ten business days from the date of your order. In the rare cases where we cannot meet this timeline we will reach out to you via email informing you of our expected delivery dates. We will keep you informed of the expected shipment date throughout the process.

We will send you tracking information as soon as your order leaves the warehouse to the email address you provided when checking out.

Cancellations

We understand that you might change your mind, and we will promptly cancel your order if it has not shipped. We regret that we cannot cancel the order once it has been shipped. Contact us via email at support@dehome.co.uk to arrange a collection for your return or obtain a quote for a collection charge. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that was used when placing your order.

Returns* - Excludes Damaged Goods

We hope you will be pleased with your order. However, if your order is not as you expected we will be more than happy to offer you a refund excluding the returns cost of delivery. This is on condition that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, with the original packaging and have been returned within 14 days.

*This does not apply to damaged goods. In case of damaged goods please make a pictures and send us to email support@dehome.co.uk and inform us of the damages within 24 hours of delivery.

Returns Process

Please contact us by support@dehome.co.uk and one of our sales team will help you with your return.

Once we have received and inspected your item, we will issue a refund to your card or original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to appear in your account.
