Where does DeHome deliver?

We deliver FREE to anywhere in the mainland UK (United Kingdom)

There may be additional charges for the ‘Scottish Highlands’

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will be Delivered within 4 To 10 business days from the date of your order - (Delivery may take longer for certain items). We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at support@dehome.co.uk

**Please note - Not all of our Suppliers supply tracking , They will arrange a delivery date for larger items**

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system.

We will then process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

In the rare case that your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail.

Order Shipment

Your orders will ship within four - ten business days from the date of your order. In the rare cases where we cannot meet this timeline we will reach out to you via email informing you of our expected delivery dates. We will keep you informed of the expected shipment date throughout the process.

We will send you tracking information as soon as your order leaves the warehouse to the email address you provided when checking out.

Cancellations

We understand that you might change your mind, and we will promptly cancel your order if it has not shipped. We regret that we cannot cancel the order once it has been shipped. Contact us via email at support@dehome.co.uk to arrange a collection for your return or obtain a quote for a collection charge. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that was used when placing your order.

Returns* - Excludes Damaged Goods

We hope you will be pleased with your order. However, if your order is not as you expected we will be more than happy to offer you a refund excluding the returns cost of delivery. This is on condition that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, with the original packaging and have been returned within 14 days.

*This does not apply to damaged goods. In case of damaged goods please make a pictures and send us to email support@dehome.co.uk and inform us of the damages within 24 hours of delivery.

Returns Process

Please contact us by support@dehome.co.uk and one of our sales team will help you with your return.

Once we have received and inspected your item, we will issue a refund to your card or original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to appear in your account.

Price Match Promise

Please contact a member of staff and provide them with either a website link or screenshot of the item that you found at a better price.

Whilst we love to match every price that you find online, we can only match prices that don't result in a financial loss for us. Please also note, that we can only price match on items that are sold online and not in store, as most brick and mortal retailers have different pricing conditions with wholesalers.

Please note, that we do however reserve the right to:

- Not accept / Refuse any price match request if it would result in a financial loss and is therefore not feasible for us.

- Not accept / Refuse requests for us to match wholesale or trade pricing - we will most likely not be able to price match as we only price match retail prices.

- cancel our price match promise at any time without any further notice.
